Pug Health Fund Grooming Table Raffle
A beautiful hand painted Grooming Table was donated by Jim and Cindy Tomsic for the 2017 PDCA Health Fund Raffle in Ft Worth. The table had a Fort Worth theme and received much attention as tickets were pre-purchased by those who could not attend the National Specialty, and were also sold during the week in Ft Worth.
Malina Dorchak was the lucky winner. Thanks to everyone who supported this great cause and to Jim and Cindy for their donation.

Our contract with the Host Hotel (Marriott Hotel & Golf Course) requires the following:
1. Deposits for cancellations will be credited/refunded ONLY if notice is received 10 days prior to your arrival date and you must obtain a cancellation number. NOTE: the Marriott website may say differently, but is not the case for us.
2. Hotel has agreed to shuttle from DFW Airport ONLY, however, Airlines Name, Flight Number, Arrival date and Time need to be emailed to our Cindy Tomsic, Hotel Coordinator no later than September 6th, 2017. Email: bitogold@tableworksusa.com
3. Hotel will not be furnishing towels.
4. Plastic shall be placed under any dog crate in your room. (Bring plastic)

2017 PDCA NATIONAL SPECIALTY RV PARKING INFORMATION

Hotel room rental is not required. All of the spaces are on an asphalt surface and are located close to the Ballroom. All spaces are handicapped accessible. There will be no electric available. Reservations are required. A $100.00 deposit is required at the time you make your reservation, with the balance due upon your arrival. Deposit refundable if Chair is notified no later than September 10th, 2017. All RV’s must park in their assigned area. No RV’s will be allowed in the auto parking area. Please check in with the RV Chair, Donna Manha or Joe Sullivan, upon your arrival. Please call or text Joe at 510-673-4934 with estimated arrival time. Final payment will be due upon arrival at the show grounds. |
Cost per week (7 nights): $315.00 – Sunday, September 24, 2017 through Saturday, September 30, 2017
Cost for less than the full week is $50 per night.
Full week reservations will take precedence over daily reservations and will be booked on a first come first served as deposits are received. We have 15 available spots and will keep a waiting list should there be cancellations.
Water for filling of holding tanks will be made available through the hotel. Please bring extra hoses to reach your set-up for filling. Individual water hook-ups are not available. Sewer hook-ups are not available. Arrangements will be made for a pump truck to service the area and an extra fee will be charged for this service.
All RV’s must use a Gen-Turi exhaust extender or something similar to diffuse the exhaust from your generators.
There will be no parking of RV’s on the site prior to Sunday, September 24, 2017 and all RV’s must be removed from the show site by Sunday, September 30, 2017.
