HOTEL GUIDELINES
  • Pet Fee: $50.00, non-refundable
  • Preference for first floor rooms to guests staying entire week
  • Guests cancelling after September 1, 2018 will be charged one night room plus taxes.
  • Hotel shuttle available  24 hours daily, pugs can be transported in van.
  • Suggest bringing mats for your x-pen as grass is limited.
  • All rooms will be cleaned daily, any issues with guests rooms will be investigated by show committee, this includes excessive noise
  • Individual guests will be held responsible for any damage to guest rooms or any hotel property.
  • There will be a designated bathing, grooming and crating area near the ballroom. No bathing dogs in hotel rooms.
  • Owners/exhibitors must bring own towels for bathing and grooming.   Missing towels from guest rooms will be charged to the room.
  • Dogs left unattended must be crated.
  • All dogs must be leashed when outside of guestrooms
  • Dogs are not permitted in public areas like exercise room, pool, restaurants.
  • Plastic will be provided to cover carpeting in guestrooms under crates.
  • Trash cans will be available in designated dog walking area
  • Bring plastic baggies for waste removal. Clean up after your dogs
