Cost for parking will be as stated below +15% added tax: 1. Cost if you are staying in your RV and do not have a room at the hotel: ▪ $325 for the week (arrive Sunday October 27, 2019 and leave Sunday November 3, 2019.) ▪ $50 per night if you are staying for only part of the week. 2. Cost if you are parking your RV but also have a room at the hotel: ▪ $225 for the week (arrive Sunday October 27, 2019 and leave Sunday November 3, 2019.) ▪ $35 per night if you are staying for only part of the week. 3. $100 deposit will hold your space and the balance will be due by Tuesday, October 1, 2019 or your space will be passed on to another interested party. Your space will not be reserved until the deposit is received. 4. With only 18 spaces available, people staying for the entire week will have priority over people wanting to stay less than 7 nights. Additional information regarding RV parking at the 2019 Pug National: 1. There will only be 18 RV spots available at the hotel and these will be available on a first come, first served basis. 2. There will be no electric provided. Generators can be used (with Gen-Turi or other generator exhaust diverter.) 3. Water will be available from a hotel outlet. This outlet may be some distance from the parked RVs so it is recommended that everyone bring plenty of hose and allow sharing of hoses so that we can get enough length to reach all RVs. 4. There will be a Honeywagon during the week for those who need it. The cost will be $40 for Wednesday and $50 for Saturday. Currently considering having them out on Wednesday and Saturday but need to know who would be interested in those days as a minimum of 10 people will be required.
