Deadline for completed ads is AUGUST 1, 2022.
Catalog ads need to be camera ready with minimum ½” margins. No full page bleeds. I can help create your ad if you send it in early with a sketch of what you would like to have and a photo of not less than 300 dpi (Hi Res). If you would like me to create your ad, it MUST be sent to me early enough to be completed by the August 1st deadline. Payment must be received by the deadline of August 1st. Have questions? Deadline is June 30, 2022
PDCA members that are interested in a Prime Catalog Page (Outside Back Cover, Inside Back Cover, Inside Front Cover) please notify the National Specialty Catalog Chairperson (Laurie Kirkpatrick, ringwise@gmail.com) no later than June 30th, via email or other written notice.
Individual requests must be made for each Prime Specific Advertising Location, Outside Back Cover and inside Back Cover and Inside Front Cover. Members may request more than one Prime Location; however, each requested location must be submitted individually.
A drawing of acceptable submissions will be drawn for the Prime Locations. The drawing will be held on July 5th.
No Member will be awarded more than one Prime Location. Once a member’s name has been selected, that individual shall not be available for any other Prime Location.
Members selected shall be notified via phone call and email. The notified member will have 48 hours to confirm their wish to advertise on the selected Prime Location. Should a member decline, the Chairperson will select a second person for that position and notification shall follow the same format. Payment must be received within 14 days of notification. In the event a payment is not received in the specified period, the Chairperson will select a second person for that position and notification and payment requirements shall follow the same format.
