Chuck-a-Dog Fundraiser
Join us for fun and festivities! On Friday, October 6, the club will be holding a Chuck-A-Dog event to support the general fund. Numbered plastic dog toys will be for sale on Thursday, October 5th through Friday, October 6th for $5.00 each or 3 for $10.00. At the designated time, each person with a numbered plastic toy will have the opportunity to throw it at a target. The person with the numbered plastic dog who comes closest to hitting the target will win 50% of the amount raised, with the remaining balance donated to the PDCA general fund. The time for this event is to be determined.
Health and Research
PDE/NME Early Detection Screening: We are working to bring Dr. Rebecca Windsor, DVM, DACVIM to the National Specialty to update the membership on her research with ETHOS Discovery and offer early detection screening to Pugs whose owners can follow up with her at her clinic in Colorado.

Support the PDCA and win a chance at some wonderful gifts! The 2023 PDCA Virginia Beach Nationals “basket” raffle will have several tables of pug and non-pug items on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. You can peruse the tables at your leisure; raffle tickets will be available for purchase during the show days. Winners will be drawn on Saturday at the end of judging. Good luck!
