Click on drop down box to select dues payment and donations if desired. If you select custom amount there will be a section for you to add a note.
All dues only payments WILL/MUST include the processing fee of $1.50 totaling $41.50
Proceed to check out.
As an option you can make a larger custom amount. You must contact our treasurer Judi Basto after doing this. Any custom amount MUST include the $41.50 dues amount
Please Note: The PDCA will no longer offer printed bulletins to be mailed. The Bulletin will now be in a email format and emailed to the membership.

Regular PDCA Membership Application. For new member applicants you will TWO current members sponsor you. Have the PDCA members fill out the sponsorship form:
